We work with our sister company Cress Co who undertake deliveries on our behalf. They deliver to majority of the UK on a weekly basis from one of their 3 UK depots using their own fleet of vehicles and drivers.

Customers will be advised of their set delivery and order day(s) at account opening. When placing an order online, customers select the desired date they want their order to arrive. All orders must be placed by 12pm on order day to guarantee delivery.

Specific delivery times cannot be given. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any times that they are unable to receive a delivery. We will try to accommodate this as best we can but cannot guarantee this.

The typical minimum order quantity is 6 cases which can consist of any products listed on the Marketplace. Depending on your location, this may vary so will be confirmed when you open your Route2 account.

We use a trusted third-party haulage company to deliver to customers located in areas which are not currently serviced by Cress. The minimum order quanity for these deliveries is 25 cases.

Deliveries must be checked at the time of delivery. Shortages and damages must be marked on the delivery paperwork and returned with our drivers at the point of delivery.
